H&R Block During Tax Season

I have used this Branch of H&R Block for several years. They are accessible and efficient in process both my and my wifes claims. It is a seasonal office, not open year round though, and the front desk can be....curt.

We had an appointment scheduled for a certain time. When we arrived, there were multiple people waiting around and it appeared like the workers were unorganized & overwhelmed. They did not take us at our scheduled time and another customer left as her appointment time also couldn't be met. I've been going to H&R block for 10 years and this year i walked out because i lost confidence that my finances would be taken care of.
