The technician Justin that arrived to my house to address the issue with my fridge was not only knowledgeable but polite and respectful. Michelle, booked the appointment for the visit. Both Michelle and Justin get an A+ for their customer service skills. I highly recommend this company if you have an appliance that needs to be serviced.

Great service. Phone calls leading up to service call were helpful and even one on day of, to give more accurate arrival time. Technician was informative, friendly and quick. Had our microwave fixed. Would use company again and recommend.

Northern electronic service was very easy and pleasant to deal with. They came quick and completed the repair on my fridge very fast.

We had great service today on our washer. He called to tell us he was on route and gave us a time estimate. When he got here he ran a diagnostic and lets us know that the machine was running as it should and that the noise we heard was an easy fix for us to do. He explained what to do and how. He saved us a chunk of money, which we appreciate. The service bill was fair. Thanks for great service, we will call again!

I had a gentleman come and service my Samsung Dishwasher today due to a leak that caused damage to my entire island. He quickly noticed the issue, told me what to do about it, and took pictures of the damage done to my cabinets. He was going to forward it to Samsung to let them know in order for them to compensate me! What a wonderful young man! He was very quick and speedy...arrived to my new home without any issues, and was able to locate and fix the issue almost instantly. So very happy!

As luck would have it, our refrigerator issue was caused by an aftermarket part failure. The technician took the time to locate a source for the part.

We had Chris from Northern Electronic Services fixing our dishwasher today. He called us before he came and had the unit repaired in no time. They are a very professional company and they followed through with everything they said they would. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them for any appliance needs.

I had a problem with our dryer, it wasn’t drying and we weren’t getting heat! I called Whirlpool head office, they sent out Northern Electronic Services Inc. They were amazing, they came out within 2 days and were fixed the problem. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH OUR ELECTRIC STOVE. I CALLED THE MAKER OF THE STOVE AND THEY REFERRED ME TO CALL (NORTHERN ELECTRONICS SERVICES.. IN BARRIE..... I DID AND GOT A QUICK RESPONCE. THEY ASKED ME FOR THE MODEL & SERIAL NUMBER.....THEY BOOKED ME IN FOR A SERVICE CALL. THE SERVICE MAN CAME WITH THE PROPER PART & HE HAD THE STOVE UP AND RUNNING ..IN APPROX., 10 MINUTES....EXCELLENT WORK...THANKS TERRY C.

Called Samsung re 8 month old dishwasher not working. They advise a service rep would contact me within 5 days. To my surprise Northern Electronic Services called with 2 hours. Their technician arrived and fixed the dishwasher very quickly. Northerns tech was very courteous and professional. I would recommend them for their quick service and ability to diagnose problems.
