I had my vehicle repaired at Zenetec Tiffin after it was rear-ended. I am extremely satisfied with the work performed. When my vehicle was returned to me, the interior had been detailed. Also, my dealings with the staff, either by phone or email, were always quite pleasant. I would recommend Zenetec to any of my friends or family members who find themselves in a similar situation.

If care about your vehicle, this is where you need to bring it if you have any sort of damage inside or out. They fixed a bumper dent in my new Lexus within an hour-Fantastic well equipped facility and awesome staff! Thanks Greg!

Zenetec on Tiffin St. in Barrie just fixed my 3 year old Grand Caravan after being t-boned, and it looks like new. They even cleaned it for me. Wow! From the first day I spoke to them on the phone, they were very knowledgeable and told me what needed to be done to fix my whole front end. They even had the parts rust checked as per my warranty. Though I am an older woman, they treated me like an equal and made me feel they valued being of service. I guess that's the key "really great service",

I hit a deer & brought my vehicle to Zenetec for body work. They did an excellent job. My repair was done promptly, service was very good & my SUV looked as good as new.

Nothing but mistake after mistake from this company. Things weren't reinstalled proper. Complaint made and then not checked over completely or proper. "Forgot" to pick up car, and return calls.
