BMW purchase 7 wks ago had exhaust issue, promised to be fixed once parts came in. After inquiring today for the first time since Oct, was told by salesman he was no longer going to provide service because he didn't like my email. As I have copies of all my correspondence in writing, I am progressing through the hierarchy to the president of car Nation but would highly recommend avoiding this dealership and especially the salesman, Paul Tavernese, who took the time to personally belittle me

I purchased a 2014 Cadillac SRX from this dealership. The day after I drove my automobile, it began producing strange noises when shifting from second to third gear. After I complained about it, I was informed that it was a recognised problem. I was told to take my vehicle to GMC because the model had been recalled. I drove my vehicle to GMC. They examined it and told me that there was no recall for this component and that a $4000 fix would be required.

Car enthusiasts with great customer service

I really lucked out when I found my new Focus hatchback. I was out car shopping when I went to Northway because, why not? My friend and I were helped by Ashley who gave me amazing customer service. I never once felt pressured by her or any of the other reps. She was very helpful in finding the right car for me and allowed me to feel relaxed when making this big purchase decision. Both Ashley and Jaclyn were friendly and funny. I'll be back to see them for my next purchase!

We just purchased a 2017 Escape from Northway. This was our fifth vehicle purchase with Northway and they were fantastic as always. Rob knows the type of vehicles we want and always offers us the best deal without having to haggle. This transaction, like all of the previous ones was seamless. We will be back again in 18 months when our F150 lease is up.

So bought a 2010 ford fusion and shortly after the purchase I got them to look at problems that could correlate with the transmission, I was told it was due to my aftermarket sound system. year and a half and 45000kms later I was told the transmission would soon fail and was bluntly told I should buy a new vehicle. well I am now a Honda owner

This was for my first 6 month/ 8,000 km service of my new Focus. The service was excellent, including my summer tire changeover. I was also given a reasonable storage fee to continue to leave my winter tires at the dealership. When I returned to get my tires checked for the right torque, the TPMS warning had gone off on-route. They relearned the tires in right away, while they were checking torque. The service staff at Northway is excellent.

Purchased a 2016 Ford F-150 Platinum package from Northway Ford Brantford and had an awesome experience from start to finish. The sales rep knew the F-150s inside and out and got me into one with all the features I wanted.

repairs not done or dont last and some staff rude

While this is by far the flashiest Ford dealership I have been to there are serious problems with the staff, both in the way they treat customers and in the way technicians are unable to diagnose problems or in making repairs that are poorly done, or just do not last. I have since taken my car to other dealerships and have noticed the "smaller" dealerships have much better customer service. I would not recommend Northway Ford to anyone who is looking for a new car or to have service done. You'll be glad you went somewhere else, trust me!

Really bad customer service

I went there to buy a car. I had to peek through the windows because the salesmen wouldn't go get the key. I asked to test drive this car. I was chaperoned, by the salesmen. I didn't even take it to the highway. Most uncomfortable car shopping ever. This is not the first bad experience here. Last time they wouldn't even come out of the building, so I left.
