Krown Rust Control

They dropped the ball for me this time. I sent a message a couple weeks back to book an appointment for my pickup. It was a couple of months early but they were offering incentives to book early. As I hadn't received any callback, I phoned and told they were sold out and nothing until late September. The person who handled the call left me with a "your business is not important" tone. I'm glad they have so much business they don't need mine.

I have been getting my car rustproofed here for the last 7 years. They are a wonderful family owned business who genuinely care for their customers satisfaction. I put 100% trust in them!

I found the entire experience refreshing. I went to investigate the Krown process prior to deciding who’s product I wanted. Wayne took the time to explain their entire process. I didn’t feel pressured to decide or to select more products other than rustproofing. Once I’d decided, they accommodated me quickly and I was on my way within the hour. Wayne again explained what I might encounter concerning overspray on exhaust and brakes. All in all, a pleasant and efficient transaction.

Loved this place! They did an excellent job oiling my car and had extremely good customer service. I wish I could go there more than once a year!
