Pathetic Customer Service
Cashier Katy gave a terrible service. took 30 minutes to take 3 deposits.And also told all bills are oily so it got stuck in her deposit machine which is an excuse. It never happened before. The bank was not busy and she did not bother to greet or smile or say how are you or thank you for your waiting etc even though she wasn't at counter in between for sometime. had been here before but got the worst service from her. Smile-Katy. Plz improve & give better customer service for RBC and customer .
