Ent Doctor Dr Jason Atlas

Good experience with the dr himself. He answered the questions I had and provided some information for follow up with another provider, but his secretary is awful. The dr recommended a follow up in one year to monitor things and make sure things aren’t changing. His secretary told me “I won’t be able to keep track of you, so call back then”. She’s very curt and unhelpful. I acknowledge that she is very busy, but this is a very poor first and last impression of this practice overall.

Terrible experience. He has the personality of a wet noodle and makes you feel like you are an univited guest in his home. I was so disappointed in his lack of respect and did not feel he cared at all about my situation. I ended up canceling my second appointment with him due to his terrible bedside manner.

Absolute jerk. Would not engage in conversation or offer suggestions. His only answer was *theres nothing wrong with your ear* over and over. He was rude and condescending and does not care about patients. You should be ashamed dr atlas.

he didn't explain anything. he just wants to get you out of the office. He didn't think i had anything wrong. which other doctors have said there is. i am going to see another specialist!!!

Not interested in helping at all just wants to get you out of the office like others have said don’t waste your time.

very good doctor but gave 4 stars because he is in rush all the time even when you are talking to him just makes me feel like he wants to finish with you as soon as he could. the waiting time is reasonable.
