LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM - 1

I went in today to change my HR Block Visa card. I had forgotten my password and thats what you have to do if that happens to you. Today I met with a man who couldn't help me at all because his systems were down. Normally this is fine with me - things are out of our control, but the way this guy told me about the problem and his complete lack of professionalism and concern for MY money, was unbelievable.
