January 25/21,i made deposit-ATM on my account,the deposited amount total was $50.00 short,I reported rigt away to a representative,took a copy of slip,and said I will get a call,next morning(tuesday,january 26/21 after they counted the money)To date,January 27;21-no phone call from the branch,I did a call this morning/no rely as of this writing,almost 2pm/and i did leave messages on online banking,Jan.26/21,no rely either.Where is the motto ,to looking after the best interest of customers?.
