front desk,very rude,try and ,ake an appointment,,wait 10 days, doctor is always away or on holidays.

The new Procedures are not explained and when you call as they told you they are very rude and tell you the doctor is unavailable for you today but the other day they said call Friday. This is just for my heart medication. Oh now you have to wait till Tuesday. Realty without meds I will die. They do t care there just rude people

Dr. Pek should have been a teacher or civil servant but a doctor whose attitude is simply all wrong. Wants to put you on all sorts of drugs for what she thinks is wrong with you when she really never taken the time to test.

Bad location. Dr b pek useless and tends to think she knows everything. Huge parking lot of pot holes which you half to pay to park Worst experience ever

I was just trying to find a family doctor in Hamilton simple because I just moved, and came across with this one which I'm glad it didn't work out. The people on the phone are exteremly unacceptably rude and every time I called ever single person said something different to me and plus they dont even listen to find out what you're calling for. I'm glad it didn't work out just by this simple experience I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

Very bad experience and especially avoid Dr. Pek at all costs for the sake of your life.

This service here is terrible. book an appointment to sit there for an hour to get in to see doctor. Have to wait 2 weeks or more to even book a day to see the doctor. rude receptionist. The people that answer the phone are rude. Very unorganized. i had to do my blood work 3 times because they lost my paper work. i would not recommend this medical center to anyone!! Not pleased at all with this entire experience...

I don't understand how if you leave this office, you are not welcome to come back on as a patient, even on a waiting list. If we are comfortable with a certain doctor, we should be allowed to at least be on the waiting list, instead of relying on doctors we do not trust. The woman I was speaking to on the phone was very unpleasant and rude, I will not be recommending anyone to this business any longer.

I completed 6 weeks of Physiotherapy on my arm there and the staff was very professional. The service was excellent and I was made feel very relaxed on every visit. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of therapy.
