guess they do not need the business? i was there good 1/2 hr or more looked at 3 maverick’s and an f150 all the way around each not one person came out to see if i needed anything. so ill go elsewhere

Not having a good year. Car got hit from behind so bought a new one. Just over a month later, someone side swiped me. Mohawk Ford fixed it up and looks as good as new.
Always excellent service. Purchased our 2017 Ford Escape there new and they have gone above and beyond to ensure the vehicle receives the best possible care. We had a few parts issues with the vehicle due to initial manufacturing flaws and the Mohawk Ford team was able to quickly remedy the problems and replace the parts. I recently purchased a used 2017 convertible Mustang GT and will be having all service done there for both vehicles due to their excellent service and treating us like family ☺
Incredible customer service, doesn’t matter which department your dealing with. Sales, service, administration, everyone at Mohawk cares. It’s like you are a member of their family. My recent experience with Donna and Vince was incredible from start to finish. The attention to detail on every aspect was amazing. I highly recommend this established family run dealership.
