STAY AWAY Bought a certified Hyundai a few months ago. Just to be safe I took the vehicle to the local Hyundai dealership and paid to have them look it over to see if it was in fact a safe vehicle. The dealership proceeded to point out three different issues that should have kept the car from ever being safetied. Took the car back and demanded that they fix the problems. After a huge debate they agreed,but they ended up doing the work on the wrong side of the car Not room enough to tell how bad!

I bought a high mileage, older car from them with the expectations that come with that sort of vehicle. 10 days in, it dumped a quarter tank of gas onto the road. I called Parkrow, they told me to bring it back in. Ended up putting a brand new gas tank on the car at no charge because it was still under warranty. In life, shit happens; how it is dealt with is what matters and these folks stepped up, honoured their warranty and got me back into the driver’s seat. I will go back for my next car.

WORST USED CAR DEALER

worst car dealer I have ever dealt with, should not be called a car dealership. Bought a car from them and it was supposed to be certified and etest,it was not. Got the car safetied less then a week later and it needed new tires. The wear indicator showed,"REPLACE TIRE" on the tread. The power windows and locks on the passenger side did not work. Tried to get them to fix it but they just kept brushing me off until the 30 days were over.I have P.W shows my safety was done within the 1st of ownin

Buy uncertified or elsewhere

If you buy a car from them, buy it uncertified. They falsified my safety. It still needed things fixed for a safety that I know need done. And they just put a new passenger side mirror over the broken one without actually replacing it. Had to bring it back to them to fix the things they "missed". They claimed it was due to shortage of workers, but I've seen a few reviews of them doing this. And they didn't fix the sloppy steering and vibration.
