The Basement Guy Waterproofing

We were referred to the Basement Guys by friends who had water problems successfully repaired. We hired them to repair a wall crack which was complicated by a finished wall in the basement and interlocking outside. The Basement Guys repaired the crack from the outside. They returned the patio to better than it's original state. They also took a number of photos of the repair. We have had many heavy rainfalls with no issues. Completely satisfied and highly recommend them.

Don't stand by their 25 yr guarantee

We had the side of our house dug and sealed as recommended by their rep. 2 mths later we had same leak from same place. Owner came out & refused to take any responsibility for improper work. He was rude and argumentative to the point we had to ask him to leave. They claim to give a 25 year guarantee and in fact we had work done by them with no issue 4 other times in the last 10 years. But it seems they are good only as long as they don't have to stand by their work.
