McDonald's

I did not have a good experience at this Mcdonalds location. I specifically ordered an extra large fries. They repeated extra large and of course I received a medium but I paid for the xL. The next thing I asked for was for the food to be fresh, it was cold when I received the order. I was in the car so by the time I started driving away and noticed it was too late. I was really disappointed in the service on top of all that, they were cranky and rude plus with the order wrong I was not happy.

Terrible Managers

Cold Food, Dirty Tables, Dirty Bathrooms, No ketchup, No Napkins, Wrong meal, Long wait, but mostly TERRIBLE managers. They yell at employees every single minute about something wrong. I have GREAT PITTY for the people that work there. God bless those employees.

Ottawa-River Road Mcdonalds

No Monopoly stickers, no ketchup, no napkins. Dirty tables and floors. Loud unruly teenagers. Very poor management. Food was good. Service was slow. Seemed more concerned with drive-thru then inside restaurant.
