They changed my tires on time and they are very Pleasant.

Purchased a 2016 Ford Escape through Joel. He was very professional and thorough. One of the tires was a bit low and the TPMS light was on. It was checked out and instead of just putting air in the tire he had the tire removed and checked for any leaks. Although the vehicle was used Joel treated me as if I was buying new. When I picked up the vehicle a few days later it was very clean. I would certainly recommend Braden Ford for new or used. Bob from Belleville One happy customer!

I called to book an appointment to look at a specific vehicle as I live an hour away and did't want to waste my time. They said the vehicle would be there for my appointment and I called again before I left to confirm that I was on my way. The vehicle was not there, it was with another customer at their mechanic and I was given some awful excuse about why it happened. I won't bother with this dealership again after this experience.
