Poor technically and poor customer service

Terrible customer service. Gave them a phone for a cracked screen and when I got it back there was an issue with the SIM card - they clearly hadn't checked everything was OK with the phone when they put it back together. Made me wait 20 minutes...I left and came back 30 minutes later and waited another 20 minutes.. finally they said they would need the phone overnight. They promised to give me a refund then backed off that promise and said they would give me a refund if they couldn't fix my phon
