the pizza never came.... ordered online, received confirmation number, 6:20 pm. pizza had not arrived by 7:30 so we called. they told us the online system was down and since they couldnt tell if we ordered or not they couldnt do anything except take our order then and try to hurry. cost: full price. some time after 8:30 (long after we made a better meal) they called back saying the website was fixed and they now knew we ordered and would we like it now. still full price. never again. boo.

I ordered online from this place today! I placed the order at 6:27 and finally got it by 7:15, once they got here the deliever man told me they forget the sodas so i payed and they told ne they would be back so i waited until around 8:00 so i called back and they said they would send it again so I waited again until it was about 8:30 and they still were not here, i callrd again and they gave the excuse of the driver wasnt answer the phone, there was an accident all yhe storys in the book, so finally around 8:45 they said the driver would be delirvering it in 5 minutes and funny enought they did, so weird how it just came after that long. So in the end i love the food here but the service was sad.

BEST PIZZA IN KITCHENER

I ordered in the morning. The delivery was fast and it only took 20 min to get here. The customer service was excellent. The wings are amazing.

WORST ATTITUDE

It'd be better and easier to call for delivery if the takeout person knew english. Barely understanding, they're already giving attitude because they have to repeat a few things. #1. We are customers, you should be glad we are ordering from you #2. If you hate your job so much, quit cause i'm sick and tired of the rude attitude the workers have. Never again am i ordering from here. Terrible service.
