I had dealings with Designer Countertops on 3 separate order, for the same house. The first order (a bathroom vanity) that I found out was misplaced. Called in after two weeks and found out they didn't start on.. Took two more weeks.. Second time Ordered a 6 ft countertop came in two weeks but the build up was missing that I had ordered.Third order,(asked them not to screw up this order when ordering it) Kitchen Countertop Came after two weeks without the back splash.NEVER AGAIN

Impressive work ethics and quality

Originally submitted in a design for our kitchen countertop and everything was ok'd and they came out and took measurements. We waited for about a week or two and they delivered the countertop and installed. Unfortunately, one of the dimensions was about 2" out and another was a bit off. Now, we had a very demanding design so we were expecting a bit of issue with the install. After going over our plans again and recognizing that they agreed to a particular measurement but did not deliver, we set about trying to arrange a way to minimize costs but achieve the dimension we wanted. In the end (9 months later), they removed and remade the countertop and re-installed it in about 7 - 8 hours! The dimensions are now MUCH closer to what we originally asked for, if not exactly on. Long story short, they made a mistake and even though it took 9 months to resolve it, they did rectify it at no cost to us!! That is amazing and we very much appreciated their efforts in making things right. We are now very proud of our countertop as they did an amazing and professional job! We are also very impressed in the manner in which they professionally treated our problem and rectified it. We highly recommend this company for all your countertop needs as they will take care of you in every way! GREAT JOB, GUYS!!
