    Took our money for gift cards 2 days before Christmas and then closed down. I hope they REALLY needed the money because that is disgusting!

    Terrible Service

    Booked an appointment 3 months in advance for mom, sister & I before my sister's wedding and they cancelled the day before. No alternatives, no options for us just said we can't do it anymore. Terrible customer service!

    Worst place I hav...

    Worst place I have ever been to. Received a gift card from a friend for my Birthday, and they told me that the gift card expired. After I have told them that BY LAW they cannot have an expiry date on the gift card, they proceeded to tell me that ownership was switched over so they will not honor the gift card. The owner was VERY RUDE!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!! They need to work on their customer service skills...if I could I would give them a -10!!! Just AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!

    Yes I remember this incident, and I am sorry if you thought me to be rude. Your gift card did not show in our computer. I have no control on how gift cards were distributed from the previous owners (gift cards do expire if they are for a specific service do to inflation). You had told me that the gift card was from over a year ago and you wanted to use the gift card towards a service on your self and another. I offered to give you one of the services for free as i have no way of knowing the gift card value. I am sorry this did not satisfy you and you left the salon.
