Grandmother of the bride dress purchased. Never worn, never altered. Simply hung in garment bag waiting for the wedding. Grandmother passed away prior to. Requested ability to return dress (not for refund, but simply store credit, so no revenue loss to the store). they refused and offered nothing! Would never shop here again, and would never recommend anyone else do so.
