My son mailed from Kingston to Merrickville by Express Mail my car key on December 7. On December 9 I started wondering why it takes so long for the package to arrive. I looked up the shipment status at www.canadapost.ca by tracking number, and discovered that the package arrived yesterday. As of December 9, I did not receive neither a phone call from the post office, nor a written notice that the package has arrived. As a result, I could not drive to work on December 9. Express service.
