Excellent service, my car looks like brand new??

Job well done! I had a very annoying dent on my brand new car (attached a before-and-after image). I shopped around until I found Fix Auto (the Mississauga East franchise). I spoke with Sam from there and he was extremely helpful. Provided a reasonable quote, an appointment booking, rent-a-car arrangement, and at the end... the job was completed on the day promised. My insurance company originally directed me to a body shop that I didn't get a good vibe from. As such they provided me with other options, one of which was Fix Auto Mississauga East. This is a family owned and operated business and right from the get go, Milo, his son Sam and even Milo's wife were just awesome to deal with! They were honest, straight forward, super friendly and did an amazing job repairing my 2014 Jeep Wrangler.

I had a section of my vehicle painted, and when I got it back; the colour was NOT a match. When I spoke up, and mentioned this to the owner; his reply was "what do you want? It's a beautiful finish! Look at the rest of your vehicle, it's all scratched up and old, There's nothing I can do! That's closest you are going to get!" He eventually walked away from me, and my mismatched paint job, saying to an employee "you deal with that! Tell him to drop it off next week!" 1 star, is for the employees!
