Terrible service. She told me that she could do my highlights. I made an appointment with her. She put some henna color on my roots and she said if I was it, it would lighten up. She charged me full highlights price. She made my hair look like a clown and still took the money. I was even embarrassed to be seen with that hair. I had to go to another Salon to work on my hair for 5 hours to fix what she did and repay for whole thing.

I had an amazing time here, not only is she knowledgeable but is very professional in all her services. I have been going to her regularly for the past 5 years at her previous location on Airport. She has been in the business for more than 20 years which is why my entire family only goes to her! Definitely recommend Poonam, Thanks!
