Barrhaven Ford

Over priced, multiple visits per issue, very liberal with replacing parts (on your dime) and my car has never been the same since visiting. I honestly regret bringing my car to this service center. The whole experience and new feel of my car has turned me off ford altogether.

Do not recommend

Do not recommend these guys, have had a real hard time with the service centre here. Keep having to take my truck back to fix the same problem and every time I go to pick it up its still not fixed! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. It's to bad because the salesman that sold me my truck was great and a lot of them are very friendly. But the service centre and service manger do not seem to be able to complete the work that is asked. Will not be going back to them!

Service

Our summer tires were stolen out of one of their storage bins – my husband wasn't informed until AFTER he had waited in the service waiting room for over an hour. We live in downtown Ottawa so driving out there is a bit out of our way. They called us at 8AM the next day to say they found new tires for us, and then accommodated my husband right away when he drove out there for 11AM. The tires were installed, our winter tires stored, and they waived all of the fees, so it didn't cost us anything.
