I brought a silk top to be altered and they did not do as instructed. I removed the stitching and brought it back the seamstress was upset stating that she did what asked. I asked her to correct. The work again was incorrect. My expensive silk top is ruined and the seamstress was upset at me. It was unbelievable. This place may be good for hemming pants but I would never trust them with alterations or expensive items.

Everything is accurate and on time; very neat and tidy work. They always provide very fast counter service and make recommendations for lengths if requested. Their job times have gotten longer as their business has grown. They do not seem to be able to grow their staff as fast as they grow their business.
