My neighbor and her daughter gave away one of their last dogs, abused and neglected another and then got him killed, and I just saw them playing with a new puppy they just got, no leash whatsoever and on a busy street. Why does the humane society in north bay do nothing to protect dogs? Flat out disgusting. They also did absolutely nothing when my dog was viciously attacked by a neighbors dog,even though the neighbor with the dangerous dog also had small children.
