Initially the guy David seems nice but once I received my furniture and realized it was damaged, I called and he was extremely rude and even asked for more money to replace the damaged pieces. Beware! If you are lucky enough to receive something in good condition then its a good price, but otherwise, you will just waste money on broken or scratched pieces. Worst experience ever. Never been treated with such disrespect, both David and his driver are horrendous.

Doesn’t even deserve a star ! Why is he open ? First doesn’t tell you that delivery does not include set up . Then when he gets here charges to take down your couch . Very rude and unprofessional. I will be reporting him to the better business bureau

Worst place to get your furniture! first, the sales attitude is non-existence, second, after you paid and ask for delivery, the deliver time is not guarantee, they did not even take down my address and contact number. After I called them back they delivered it in much delayed time. The colors of bedside table and tv stand are picked wrong color! the owner has horrible attitude,I would rather go buy furniture somewhere else,

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! BOUGHT A BED WITH MATTRESS, WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED ON A CERTAIN DATE AND DELIVERED ALMOST 1 MONTH AFTER!!!! MOREOVER, JUST WHEN I THOUGHT I GOT IT AND DID NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN I REALIZED THAT THERE WERE PARTS MISSING. THEN I KEPT CALLING THE OWNER TO GET THE PARTS, HE SAID IT WAS A MISTAKE AND THE PARTS WILL BE AT THE STORE FOR MY PICK UP BY 5. THEY WERE NOT THERE. NO SERVICE. NO SHAME. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. GO ELSEWHERE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

VERY rude and unprofessional service!!! The salesgirl in their Toronto store hardly speaks and understands English, I wanted to buy from them 2 dining sets and was trying to negotiate the price, the salesgirl was not ready to reduce the total price even by 10$. I was asking her questions, she was replying something completely not related to my questions... I 've already ordered a better dining set and by the way cheaper and of better quality from another store. Like a week after I called the phone number that is posted on their website asking for a price for some chairs, I gave the chairs' model #, they told the price is $30 per chair, however, when I came to the store to buy these chairs I was told the price is $40! Same salesgirl told me I must have called the wrong number ) and that it can't be truth... Thanks God eventually I didn't buy anything from them, I can imagine how many more problems I could have had with this company ))) It's definitely not about the money, it's about the way they treat their customers - the worst service I've ever saw, no respect, no consideration
