    nobody answers the telephone at any of the stores in toronto or mississauga. always goes to the call centre.

    Despite not having the part available, Jessica went out of her way to help provide additional info (original and updated part numbers) and gave tips on other ways I could find it. They saved me time despite not profitting from our conversation! I will call them again when I have any appliance part requirements.
