The most inefficient business I have ever dealt with. He has not completed the final test that was required. I was unable to attend my last appointment as I was in the hospital with complications of his investigation. Of this he was aware. His office cannot be contacted as many numbers are out of service and after a week the mail box of one working number has been constantly informing me that it is full.
