Edgewater Fitness fails to deliver and no refund

Alex Huard, owner took $2712. without delivering the training sessions 2x/week as agreed to. I engaged Edgewater (Alex Huard) to provide in-home personal training on Sept 26 '15. He was paid $2700 to provide training on Mondays and Wednesdays. I received 2 sessions between Sept 26th & Nov 12, so requested a refund. At first he said that the contract was "non refundable" & finally agreed to refund the full amount. This has not happened to date.

I paid $1600 for ...

I paid $1600 for 40 sessions of personnel training that I apparently had to pay up front. The owner of this company was late, cancelled or re-scheduled every appointment in 2 months. I told him I could not work like this and he begged me to give him another chance but nothing changed. He promised a refund that I have not received. I am sick and need that money to pay for another trainer to get my strength back.

Should have used another company

Either was late or cancelled at the last minute. In 2 months trainer cancelled 15 times. Wanted to cancel future sessions, but trainer requested a second chance. Within the first week they cancelled 3 times. I was promised a refund for my unused sessions, but its been 5 weeks and still no full refund. Waste of time and money.
