I found the principal of this firm to provide less than honest service (attempted billing for services not provided). Zero after-sale/customer service: he is rude and grumpy if you catch him on a bad day. Dissatisfied with lack of professionalism from this firm. Avoid.

I ordered two tests: PSEE Sub-test 1 (Reasoning) & Sub-test 2 (Judgement) & I was absolutely DISSATISFIED with their material. Their website looked really professional, information & they seemed to know a lot about the gov't testing, so I decided to try it. I paid a total of $175.15 for the two exams, only to find that their material was WAY too basic compared to the real exams. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, you will waste your money!!
