THE WORST SERVICE EVER. I gave them my TV for repairs, they said they are going to call me. After 2 weeks, nobody called me. When I decided to call them 2 weeks later, the lady so rude and impolite, she finally hung up on me. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL

They fixed a six year old LG high definition TV in record time and at a super price. MANY thanks.

iI BROTH MY MICROWAVE TO FIX THEY ASK ME TO PAY 40$ AND AFTER THEY I PAYD 40$FOR MY MICROWAY THEY CALL ME AN SAID PAY MORE 115$ I REFUSE AND I SAID I WILL PICK UP MY MACRO WEIN AND THEY SAID WE WILL COAL YOU SO I DIDNT WANT TO WAIT AND I CAME TO PICK UP BY MYSELF AND THEY COMPLETELY MADE A MESS FROM MY MICROWAY THEY HAVE BEEN VERY ANGRY THAT THEY COULD NOT REP ME OF DO NOT GO THERE IT IS TERRIBLE

Terrible experience. Absolutely not oriented towards consumer satisfaction. If you give them your credit card number, they will charge you right away and if anything goes wrong they will keep 30 % fee. Pls do yourself a favor, stay away and buy somewhere else. After review, most places are cheaper anyway.

the worst service! i had Samsung Smart TV, with automatic on and off issues, I contacted Samsung and they sent these guys to fix the issues, they replaced the board, and after 2 months my TV started having same issues. I contacted Samsung Canada, my TV warrant was expired, and Samsung Canada said they will take care of the parts and i have to care the labour, I contacted Hagopian to give estimate for the labour, like hourly rate, and they are not willing to tell me ..... Stay away from these
