This company is a pure joke. I called my car in in my visitor parking at my house and I received 5 different tickets- totaling over $500. I got in contact with the owner/president and he said he would look into it and never rep[lied then told me to look at the back of my ticket and fight it. Why should I be fighting tickets I dont deserve. I called my car in and they didnt inform the city. What a horrible company. Horrible customer service- Absolutely the worst customer service ever !!!

I was to my friend monday21:30 and quite tuesday at 10:00 on 383 Cumberland, my host registred my car 194YTG around 23:30 or midnight. But you gave me a ticket H9179283 at 02:12 am. Do you must see my plate because my plate was behind my vehicule and Baranyai give me a ticket for this reason? It cost high for visiting a friend and he has a parking for visitors. How long we must advertise you before to go in the garage for visitors. Please give me an explanation
