The Park West

Since moving here six years ago, a number of major capital projects have been completed including renovations to the balconies, replacement of the elevators (all 3!), and the electrical backup generator. Neighbours here are especially friendly and the view is genuinely spectacular. My wife is the envy of her friends. I won't comment on the vitriol I read in the only other review to-date except to say that you only get out of a thing what you put into it.

I have been having ongoing issues with the way management deals with tenant concerns, I have never had such an awful tenant experience. Since I signed a lease with this establishment, I have had nothing but issues. They failed to share important information with me, no amenities as indicated, my unit was not cleaned or inspected, the door to my unstable balcony was not shut, the elevators don't work, there is constant loud drilling sounds and fire alarm tests. DO NOT RENT HERE.
