Liftlock Family Dentistry

They advertise they are accepting new patient's, but they are far too busy. Attended office for 1st time consultation in May, was told they would contact me when they reviewed & had a treatment plan.I called in July-was told Dr. Mcarthur is very busy. Called again in Sept still nothing, again in Nov & I asked for the X rays & the models they made in May,since I paid for them & they had no intentions of using. I was told they can only release to another dentist. Waste of my time & money + 2 hour

Dr. McArthur ad staff are always kind and caring. Would highly recommend checking this office out if in need of a dentist.
