These people should not be trusted. They add parts and items to the invoices to justify higher repair costs but do not actually replace parts. I saw them change an invoice in front of my own eyes, it happened to me. Avoid servicing your machines here, or at the very least, get a formal written quote before giving them the go-ahead. Shame on Anthony's for taking advantage of their clients!
Hi Joseph, sorry you feel this way. It seems odd we would have added parts to an invoice without having replaced them. Maybe there was a misunderstanding. In almost 20 years of service, that has and never will be a business practice for us. Our techs keep (when physically possible) parts with the unit so our customer can see them. We do require approval on all repairs, whether it be at drop off, over the phone, or written in an email.

RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was the worst experience ever. I brought my espresso machine in for service and a young man kept me waiting at the service desk for 2 hrs. I kept on asking for help but the man said rudely you need to wait! Then a woman saw me waiting and didn't even help me, she was talking to the young man about me in Italian not knowing that I understood her. Who talks rude about there customers and makes them wait 2 hrs. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE! People told me not to go there and I should of listened!
Hi Maria, I'm sorry your experience and review is unpleasant. Our service department works on a drop off basis, so I'm unsure of why you would of had to wait. Was your machine warrantied and being worked on? Although we do experience at times a high volume of customers, its very rare to have someone unserviced for two hours. Also, did you get any of the employee names? We do discuss reviews internally however the female employees at Toronto arent italian speaking so I'm unsure how to approach this situation.
