I tried for 2 weeks to obtain a 'Consultant Request'. Twice I was told they did not receive a referral from my optometrists. This was in turn not the case as my optometrists had a conversation with there office just prior to my second request. Waited over a week for a confirmation and an appointment. Very poor internal communication and follow-up.
