Laura Olsen Events

As a child, Laura Olsen loved planning parties to welcome her father home after long business trips, including organizing the decor for the intimate family celebration. But it wasn’t until Laura was planning her own wedding in 2011 that she seriously considered starting her own business. “I was sitting down three days before the wedding with nothing at all left to do,” she remembers. “I thought ‘I’ve either completely messed up and it’s going to be an insane day or I’ve actually done a really good job and it’s something I could do again’.”

Thankfully, the latter came to fruition and her big day went off without a hitch. From there, Laura began helping out with friends’ personal events and weddings, growing her clientele and eventually establishing herself as Laura Olsen Events in the winter of 2011.
