He lost a pair of my boots! I dropped off boots to Phil’s and paid him in advance in cash. When I went to pick them up he said someone else had come for them, couldn’t tell me who they had been given to and refused to either reimburse me the cost of the boots or the 650$ that I had already paid in advance.
