I have always gone to Igor over the years for many of my and my family's needs. I sincerely recommend Igor's work. His professionalism, service and workmanship is hard to find these days.
I went to European Master Goldsmith this morning based on the many great reviews. I was worried that one of the claws on the my engagement ring was damaged. Upon inspection, Igor quickly stated that I was lucky that I hadn't lost my diamond yet! By the end of the day, Igor had replaced my ring with 4 new claws, cleaned my ring and made it sparkle again. Amazing service at a reasonable price. I will definitely be returning Igor!

The wife brought chain and a pendant of sentimental value to be attached together. Igor advised her that the chain was not suitable and offered a selection of chains he had which would match perfectly. We picked out a chain and we were both pleased with the good job performed. While I was attending European Master Goldsmith one day to have my son's watch battery fixed, Igor mentioned to me about the claws on my ring are not set properly. Low and behold about a month later, one of my claws broke. I went back to Igor to have it fixed and re-dipped in silver. Just picked it up today and OMG....it looks amazing. Beautiful little Goldsmith shop! I asked to see if a ring I had was real, he tested it, told me it was fake and when I told him to throw it away he told me to throw it away myself because shisty people con people that way. That type of honesty is why Ill be a lifetime customer
