Brookside Brick Restoration

We called this company three times. Each time, a man answered the phone, and when we tried to set up an appointment, he would hurry us off the phone by telling us he would call back, or that we should call the office and "the girls" would take down our info. Well, he never returned our calls and there were "no girls" at the office. The voicemail picked up and i left another message. No return call. If he could not help us, he should have been straightforward about it. Instead, he LIED!

Had Jeff and the guys out to rebuild my chimney as well as cut a hole in the brick for my patio door. Couldn't be happier with the way the job went. We had a sliding door installed and had Brookside complete the brick work around the door. They truly exceeded our expectations. You can't even tell we just had the door installed. The owner called after the job was complete and made sure we were 100% satisfied. The workers were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for brick work. Very impressed! I had some work done by Brookside and it looks absolutely amazing. The brick was matched perfectly and they paid very close attention to detail. They were also very professional. I would definitely recomment this company for all of you brick/restoration needs.
