Daks did an amazing job on a funeral arrangement I sent. The whole family commented on the arrangement. It definitely stood out. I will always use their services again.

They delivered the wrong flower arrangement and did not try to correct it when I called to tell them what had happened. On top of it all, the flowers they delivered died within 2 days. Huge waste of money.

I ordered flowers to show up on the 5th for my girlfriend's birthday, they called HER today to confirm the delivery, and then delivered it today against my delivery request, totally spoiling the surprise. Worst of all, the flowers that arrived looked nothing like what I ordered, even down to having the wrong colours. I am awarding them two stars because they were pleasant to deal with over the phone when they called me, and the flowers that arrived were nice, despite not being what I ordered.

I so love dealing with Daks. Marty and Heidi are wonderful to deal with, so accomodating and create such beautiful displays. I highly recommend Daks to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy and creative florist. These wonderful people go over and beyond in pleasing their customers. Such a pleasure to deal with!
