Rika took our information told us we had great credit scores which we already knew. She was pleasant that day however she left us hanging for weeks that turned into months. We called her about 3 times and she told us she would get back which never happened. Went to another place and qualified in 30 min Rika could have gotten back. I think she is very unprofessional!! Good news or bad news you should get back to people. Never had an experience like this.
