Beware do not use this broker. Brian was my broker very rude, arrogant, and not customer oriented.

I was redirected to Youngs Insurance Brokers on Tec. Rd E. by a friend after complaining about my existing company. From my first step in the door, I was treated with a friendly and professional attitude. The experienced brokers took all my worries and wonders out of getting the insurance I needed at a price I could afford. Couldn't be happier, wish I'd found them years earlier! Avoid this broker...

Avoid this broker. Brian still owes me money and refuses to return any calls or explain himself. Highly unprofessional. I simply wish I had read other reviews here before signing on with this company.

I have been insur...

I have been insured with Brian and his staff for over 3 years. He save me over $600 when I came to him. And when I had a claim he walked me through the process and had me go to Metro collision where they did the work. It was a very pleasant experience Nice to know people like that. Thanks Brian

Mishandled Auto Claim

Do not enter this office expecting anything good! Brian was my 'agent' and completely mishandled my auto claim. He was argumentative, ignorant and nearly cost me over $300.00 in excess fees. Unprofessional conduct, failing grasp of industry procedures, wrong information, and just plain bad. STAY AWAY.
