    Got my one year old boat in for battery maintenance, winterizing and storage in 2019, took it back in 2020 only to find again dead battery, missing drain plug (which almost caused boat to sink, I was so lucky to be still alive), missing trailer lock, boat still being dirty although I paid $600 for detailing. Went back to the shop, owner Rob wasnt even apologizing the slightest: Missing trailer lock -- There are 300 boats here we wont be able to find whats missing. “ Missing drain plug – “I
