DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Substantial deposit made in Februrary with installation scheduled in April. Delay was anticipated due to Covid-19, however they did not respond to any phone calls, were no show for appointments, lied about the product being in production, and ultimately cancelled the order after holding the very large deposit for 6 months.
Terrible communications & customer service! Seventeen weeks from deposit to installation thought they suggested it would only be six weeks when they took our money. Make several installation date appointments and didnt show up, including one morning when they called and said the truck was on its way. Showed up with only product from page one of the two page order. Staff was not informed & owner wouldnt take or return our calls. Owner screamed at us to pay up while installation was underway.
