DISGUSTING.I had to retrieve my key in a tiny bar lined with VLT machines which was packed at 2pm. They ran my card for the price of the room and an additional 20$ for the remote, which was in a drawer at the bar.The room was filthy, smelled of urine and opened onto a dumpster.Especially as I was travelling with my toddler, I requested a refund.WE COULD NOT STAY THERE.The manager would not allow his employee to refund me he yelled at me over the phone for insulting his establishment.
