Very satisfied of work done to change our water tank. Gates and Richard are reliable professionals who get the job done smoothly and properly with an added good sense of humour.They even take the time after the job is completed to give you needed info for preventative maintenance! Would highly recommend this company for their very personal service!!! These guys enjoy doing their job and it shows!
After reading all the reviews, I of course, called l'eau pro and so happy I did, they are efficient and courteous. Don't bother to go anywhere else - I know I won't !! Super service.
Service was very courteous and quick. Richard came around 2pm (exactly the time he said), and was done in less than 2 hours. He was very careful when he lowered the tank down my stairs in order not to damage anything. He gave me some pointers about how to maintain the tank, and he is very friendly and approachable. I very highly recommend these guys, don't bother looking at any other company, these guys are very very nice.

Je n'ai jamais eu un service aussi impeccable, efficace et professionnel en plus d'explications claires et de conseils judicieux. J'ai eu un problème de chauffe-eau un dimanche, et le lendemain, en pleines festivités de la Fête nationale (Saint-Jean), j'ai pu bénéficier de cet exceptionnel service sans qu'il ne m'en coûte plus cher (alors que les autres plombiers chargent le temps double). À recommander sans réserve.
Profesional and very helpful people. For a moderate fee, they helped with the appliances that were in the way, put everything back when the work was done, left no garbage or packing materials, explained the maintenance needed, and did the necessary tests.

I called L'EauPro at 10 pm December 23 because a water heater in my triplex failed and my tenants did not have hot water. I did not expect anybody will do anything day before Christmas, however L'EauPro's team arrived next morning at 10 am. By noon they changed two water heaters (one failed and other just 17+ years old). Christmas was saved for me and all my tenants!

Called in a panic in the morning and team was there installing our new Marathon water heater in the early afternoon. Service was quick and technicians were very friendly. All in all, a SUPER! experience. Oh, and they also made us a deal we couldn't refuse.
