This company is a real JERK. They are very unorganized. Our house was on fire and thhis company was hired by Dejardins to clean our funitures. They took apart our fridge and finally lost some technical pieces to install all the doors on. They ran away with the problem. Whatever they tell you to sign or tell you to wait, DONT BELIEVE THEM! Luckily the insurance replaced for our fridge. DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, JUST DEAL DIRECTLY WITH YOUR INSURANCE.
