Dismal service by poorly trained and unknowledgeable staff! Could it be that investment firms geared towards the acquisition and dismantling of businesses for profit are not always the best choice as a franchise owner? Well, that is precisely what happened here. So the business is now up for sale, and it is probably 2 late for the HH Corp to regain its rep in NB. And while it may be some time before new owners assume control, expect an entirely new management once they do. Too bad!

Home town friendly, knowlegeable service. They always have the answers I need and can special order stuff for all my projects. For personal service this business far outdoes the Home Hardware store in North Battleford. Here in Battleford they know my name and will go out of their way to be helpful and meet my needs.
